About this site
This is a free, independent practice resource for people sitting the Abu Dhabi light vehicle driving theory test. It exists because most practice question banks are copied from one another, and a wrong answer spreads through all of them without anyone noticing until a learner fails a real exam.
How the questions are written
Every question here is written from the official light vehicle handbook and current UAE traffic law, and checked against that source before it is published. Nothing is copied from another practice site, and nothing is reproduced from the real exam.
Where a rule differs from what drivers from other countries expect, and several do, the explanation says so explicitly, because that is where marks are actually lost.
Mistakes
We will get some wrong. When that happens we would rather hear about it than not: every explanation carries a way to report a problem, and corrections are made promptly. A practice site that cannot admit an error is worse than no practice site.
What this does not cover
The real exam includes video hazard-perception clips. A written test cannot replicate them, and this site does not try. Practise that section on the official platform before your appointment.
Coverage is currently Abu Dhabi and light vehicles only, in English. Other emirates, vehicle classes and languages are not covered yet.
Independence
This site is not connected to any driving school, testing body or government department. It is free to use, requires no account, and does not ask for personal information.
